We don’t typically need to call the sender or anything, but let them know to email us at [email protected] if they need anything else from us.

If the seller is a shop or mailing the item to ALX Arms: The sending establishment will receive the copy of our FFL, they’ll make sure they have everything they need, then they’ll mail your item(s) to us. Washington state law requires that we hold your items for 10 days before you can pick up. But don’t worry, we will hold them with our other firearms and make sure they’re listening to their favorite music. We know you’re anxious to pick them up, so as soon as the required waiting period is up, we will text and/or email you so you can come by.
