This form is typically filled out by the buyer of the firearm or NFA item. We do this all the time so we’ve tried to make this as easy as possible for all parties.
When buying a firearm it needs to be sent through a licensed and registered Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder to another FFL holder.
Use this form on your smartphone if you’d like to take the picture of your ID while filling it out. You can also use this on your laptop if you already have the picture ready to upload.
When you fill out this form, the buyer will enter the seller’s FFL contact information and a copy of our FFL, along with all of our contact information, will be emailed to the seller automatically. We will not usually call the seller or seller’s FFL. Let the seller’s FFL know to keep an eye out for our email and they can contact us directly if they need anything else.
